Emotion Log Notepad - Mental Health Journal

I made this Emotional Log Notepad. This idea originally came to me as I was learning ways to be present with my body and not constantly ignoring my emotions. I have learned how helpful it is to keep track of emotions and the way they fluctuate so that I can get the best type of treatment and also put in the work on my end. 

So all you have to do is put in your emotion. And I know sometimes it can feel very hard to describe and put a name to the emotions we feel, so you can just look up an emotion wheel on the internet. Then you can go ahead and fill in any trigger(s) that could have caused you to feel that certain way. I would like to point out that the trigger can be major or it can be minor, and no matter which one it is at the end of the day it still impacted you and is important. Sometimes, you can just feel an emotion and not have a trigger as well, so then you can just go ahead and write "I just woke up feeling this way". Lastly, there is the behavior and outcome portion. Here you want to write down how you responded to these emotions, then go ahead and reflect on how helpful that behavior was. Sometimes, we don't notice that our behaviors can worsen our emotions and it is important to become aware of this so that we can adjust our behaviors to better help us!!

• 32lb paper (thicker than regular printer paper)
• 5x7 inches
• 50 pages
• Strong book binding glue used to secure pages together.

  Everything you need to know about my products are listed in my description. I try to describe them as accurately as possible. Since they are handmade items they may vary differently but they all look and work the same and made with the same amount of care.

  My prices are not set in stone and they might change. I don't plan on changing my prices soon or often. 

  
  

  ORDERS & PAYMENT

  Orders are processed once paid. Fraudulent order can be refused and will be taken seriously. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel service to anyone enganging in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication. 

  Cancellations are allowed. It is recommended to complete them within a 12-24 hour window. Submitting a cancellation request does not mean it is guaranteed to be cancelled. Once items have been packaged, there are no longer open for cancellations.  

  SHIPPING

  Notepads are put in a clear plastic bag to protect it from any water damage. And are shipped in rigid mailers made to protect it's shape and design and hold it in place while shipping. For snail mail, those are shipped in envelopes unless something along with in was bought. I only offer standard shipping which for domestic can be around 3-4 business days and for international 6-12 business days. Just be aware that delays may happen and it would be greatly appreciated if patience could be used towards everyone in this process.

  Star-Crossed Pages is not responsible for delays or issues caused by postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or other circumstances beyond my control. As all items are handmade and printed, slight variations in color, texture, or trimming may occur. While I do my best to ensure each order is carefully prepared and shipped on time there are just certain things I cannot control, so please be patient!
