When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
When will my order ship?
Depending on what the products is. If it is a notepad then 2-3 days. If it is snail mail it will take a longer. Because I don't start packing everything until I have closed all availability. But it comes in the beginning of every month.
What is The Escapees Snail Mail Club?
It is a monthly subscription where every month you get a new themed envelope with a bunch of goodies. It is all fantasy inspired and is meant for you slow things down and work on what you love and happiness.
Is tracking Included?
For items that are being shipped in rigid mailers, yes. For envelopes which is mainly for my snail mail club, no.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Always feel free to contact me with your concerns and questions. You can reach out to me 7 days after you received your order for any exchanges. I may ask for a photo of the damage to better understand your situation.
Do you accept returns & cancellations?
I do not accept any returns. All sales are final. But I do accept cancellations depending when you put in your request. It is best to put in a cancellation request 12-24 hours after purchasing. If done after that I cannot guarantee you a cancellation.
