Welcome to my Snail Mail Club! This is for those who find freedom when reading and writing words. And live in worlds as if they knew them. Here I encourage everyone to continue on with their passions and keep on engaging in what they love. I created all sorts of activities to motivate and challenge your imagination. This is space where there are no expectations, rules, or pressure. Just a time escape into our imagination and get sucked into it. 

This is a monthly subscription and you can cancel at any time. I recommend cancelling earlier that way you are more guaranteed a cancellation. Once items have been packaged they cannot be cancelled or returned. I do not allow any returns, but if you have some concerns about your items please feel free to reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your item.

Star-Crossed Pages – Snail Mail Club Subscription Agreement

By purchasing a subscription to the Star-Crossed Pages Snail Mail Club (“Subscription”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription Overview

The Star-Crossed Pages Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription-based product priced at $12 USD per month. Each subscription includes one curated snail mail shipment per month.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the terms below.

2. Billing & Payment

• Subscribers are charged immediately at checkout upon subscribing.
  
  

• Subsequent charges occur automatically on a monthly basis.
  
  

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
  
  

3. Subscription Window & Cancellations

• Subscriptions and cancellations are accepted from the 1st through the 12th of each month.
  
  

• Cancellations made on or before the 12th will apply to the upcoming month.
  
  

• Cancellations made after the 12th apply to future billing cycles only.
  
  

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund or cancel the current month’s order if it has already been billed or processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• One shipment is sent per subscription, per month.
  
  

• There is no fixed ship date. Orders are prepared after the subscription window closes and are shipped as soon as possible.
  
  

• Estimated delivery times after shipment:
  
  

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–4 business days
  
  

• International: 6–12 business days
  (Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.)
  
  

Some shipments may be sent without tracking.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Untracked Mail

Once an order has been shipped, Star-Crossed Pages is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen mail.

Because some shipments are untracked:

• Replacement shipments are not guaranteed
  
  

• Each case is reviewed individually
  
  

• Any resolution is determined at our sole discretion
  
  

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of paper goods and curated subscription items:

• All sales are final
  
  

• No refunds
  
  

• No returns
  
  

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, subscribers must contact Star-Crossed Pages within 7 days of delivery and provide photo proof of the issue. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolution (replacement, store credit, or other outcome) is determined at our discretion.

7. Content & Monthly Variations

• The Snail Mail Club is a surprise-based subscription.
  
  

• Contents may be shared on social media and promotional materials.
  
  

• All core items remain consistent month to month, with at least one rotating activity.
  
  

• Themes change monthly.
  
  

• If significant changes to the subscription structure occur, subscribers will be notified in advance.
  
  

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that exact contents may vary.

8. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Star-Crossed Pages reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a subscription, or decline future orders due to abusive, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward the business or its owner.

Such actions may be taken without refund.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America.
